Terms of Service
Last updated: April 30, 2026
1. The agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (the “Customer” or “you”) and RecoverFlow (“we,” “us”) governing your use of the RecoverFlow service at recoverflow.ai and any subdomain. By starting a trial or paid subscription you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
RecoverFlow is a SaaS tool that, with your authorization, monitors your Stripe account for failed-payment events and sends branded recovery emails to your end-customers on a configurable cadence. The service is provided through Stripe's public APIs and Stripe Connect (Standard) — we do not act as a payment processor and we do not move money on your behalf.
3. Plans and pricing
Plans, prices, and features are listed at recoverflow.ai/#pricing. As of the date above, our plans are:
- Starter — $19/month. Branded recovery emails, smart retry timing, recovered-revenue dashboard, up to $10,000 MRR.
- Pro — $49/month. Everything in Starter plus custom retry cadences, in-app dunning banners, and a weekly recovered-revenue digest.
Both plans include a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan you selected at signup will be charged monthly until you cancel.
4. Free trial
Each Stripe customer is entitled to one 14-day free trial per account. We do not charge a card during the trial. You may cancel at any point during the trial by emailing support@recoverflow.ai; cancellation takes effect immediately and the trial ends.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@recoverflow.ai from the email address on your account. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period — you keep access through the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not impose contracts, cancellation fees, or minimum-term lock-in.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: full refund within 30 days of any monthly charge if RecoverFlow did not deliver the service as described, no questions asked.
7. Your obligations
- You will only authorize RecoverFlow against a Stripe account that you own or are explicitly authorized to operate on behalf of.
- You will not use RecoverFlow to send unsolicited bulk email, phishing, or any communication unrelated to a real failed payment on your Stripe account.
- You acknowledge that recovery emails are sent from your domain on your behalf and that the deliverability and content of those emails are subject to your domain reputation, your DKIM / SPF configuration, and applicable anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its underlying APIs.
8. Our obligations
- We will operate the service in good faith to deliver what is described at
/and/#pricing. - We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but the service is provided “as is” during this early launch period.
- We will respond to support emails within 1 business day during normal launch operations.
9. Service availability and limitations
RecoverFlow is in active early operation. The service depends on Stripe, Resend, Supabase, and Vercel — outages or rate limits at any of those providers may temporarily affect functionality. We do not offer a formal SLA at this time. Material outages will be communicated by email to active customers.
10. Intellectual property
RecoverFlow and the RecoverFlow brand, source code, designs, and documentation are owned by us. Customer data (your account data, your end-customers' failed-payment data) is yours; the permission you grant us to process it is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecoverFlow's total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost revenue or lost end-customers, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Changes to these terms
If we materially change these Terms, we will email registered customers at least 14 days before the change takes effect and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including misuse of the email-sending capability, abuse of Stripe Connect authorization, or non-payment of fees. We will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure where the violation is curable.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute that the parties cannot resolve through good-faith negotiation will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware.
