Refund Policy

The short version

If RecoverFlow doesn't deliver what we promised, we'll refund you. Email support@recoverflow.ai within 30 days of a monthly charge and we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. No forms, no phone calls, no minimum-engagement clauses.

14-day free trial — no charge during the trial

Both Starter and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. We do not charge your card during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all. You can cancel at any point in the trial by emailing support@recoverflow.ai.

30-day satisfaction window after each charge

After your trial ends and your first monthly charge processes, you have 30 days to request a full refund of that charge if RecoverFlow isn't delivering value. The same applies to every subsequent monthly charge — each charge has its own 30-day window. We do not require a reason. We do not require you to fill out a form.

To request: email support@recoverflow.ai from the address on your RecoverFlow account, with subject line “Refund request.” Tell us which charge you want refunded (the date works fine). We will process it within 5 business days back to the original card via Stripe.

Cancellation alongside refund

A refund request also serves as a cancellation request unless you tell us otherwise. After we process the refund, your subscription is ended and you will not be charged again.

What this policy does NOT cover

  • Refunds for any charge older than 30 days at the time you contact us. (We may still issue a credit at our discretion — email us and ask.)
  • Charges from your Stripe account to your end-customers. Those are between you and your end-customer; RecoverFlow has no control over them.
  • Annual or yearly billing arrangements (we do not offer those at this time; if you are reading this and were quoted an annual deal, email support to confirm the terms in writing).

Disputes

If you believe we've charged you in error and we haven't resolved it within 5 business days of your email, you can dispute the charge directly with Stripe (your card issuer). We won't contest a chargeback that falls within this policy.
